Refund policy

  • Due to the bespoke nature of our brand, we do not accept any returns and refunds. In the case of any damaged items, we offer the service to replace the item with a new piece. 
  • The user has the right to cancel an order made online and request for a refund, within a 24 hours period ONLY. After the 24 hour period is over, we hold the right to decline any refunds and cancellations. 
  • The user will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping a product back in the case of any cancellations or refunds which have been accepted by the company. The company will pay the cost of shipping it back.
